Returns & Refund Policy
At TS Home Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and inspect every item before it leaves our hands. Please read this policy carefully — it applies to all purchases made through our showroom or sales team.
For any return or refund request, email us at tshomesupplysupport@gmail.com with your invoice number and the item(s) you are returning.
Standard Returns — Within 30 Days
You may return items within 30 days of the invoice date for a full 100% refund, provided the item is in great condition — no scratches, dents, or signs of damage of any kind. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Late Returns — After 30 Days
Returns requested more than 30 days after the invoice date are subject to a 25% restocking fee, even if the item is in perfect condition.
The restocking fee is calculated based on the invoice price of the specific item(s) being returned — not the total order value. For example, if you are returning one item from a multi-item order, the 25% applies only to that item's price. The invoice price used is the amount after any discounts and taxes.
Scratched or Damaged Items — No Returns
We do not accept returns on any item that has been scratched, damaged, or shows signs of wear. We perform a thorough inspection of every product before it is handed to the client. If an item leaves our hands in good condition, we are unable to process a return if it is later returned in a damaged state.
Please inspect your items at the time of pickup or delivery. If something arrived damaged, contact us at tshomesupplysupport@gmail.com immediately.
Sample Products (Loaned for Trial)
When we provide a product to a client or partner company on a sample or trial basis, the following applies:
- The sample must be returned within 30 days of the loan date to be eligible for a refund.
- After 30 days, there are no returns and no refunds on loaned sample products, regardless of condition.
Showroom Samples (Sold)
All showroom sample sales are final. Items sold directly from our showroom floor as samples are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm approval and process your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
